Faction Fly

I have recently joined this server and found out it does not have faction fly. I have spoke with the owner and he has told me if I wanted faction fly I would have to take it to the forums and get some members opinions on the subject. Faction Fly allows a player to type /f fly and fly as long as that player is in their faction territory. If a enemy player is near then your fly will disable so you can not just pvp run with it. Before voting take the Pros and Cons of faction fly into consideration:

Pros:
Build base easier by being able to fly around and place scaffolding or whatever you want
Build farms easier by not needing to place blocks to stand on
Movement throughout your base becomes a whole lot simpler
Place spawners without using all the messy scaffolding
Check walls faster and more efficiently

Cons:
I don't really know of any cons on this subject but if you feel like it isn't a good suggestion then feel free to say no
